Hello from Chicago

Hi everyone, I'm Sadim and have been reading posts on BP for almost a year. Finally decided to jump in and participate. I'm 21 yrs old, just graduated from UIC. I am a property manager for the properties my father owns in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and have been learning real estate since I was 13. I have completed one flip a few months ago with my brother and have learned lots from this site. Hope to learn and offer useful insights to help others.

And one other thing-I uploaded a picture of myself a couple of days ago but it still does not appear. Wonder why?
