Hello all,

My name is Slavik and I currently reside in Anchorage Alaska. I am finishing up my undergrad in political science & international relations. I am extremely fascinated in real estate and hope to further my knowledge in this field.

I am currently owner and property manager of three 4-plexs and 2 condos in Anchorage. Next to that I am also in the National Guard as well as a full time student... For all of you that are landlords or deal with tenants, you can see that I have a very clear understanding of time is money. I am also 22 years old.

I have been consulting with friends about bigger business oppertunities in which we are working on paperwork in order to one day, purchase commercial property. I am young very ambitious and hope to one day, catapult myself into a market with deep pockets, institutional investors and older developers.

My main goal? To learn the ins and outs of investing and real estate and one day dominate the estate market in Anchorage.

I read a few posts earlier and already added a post regarding the lease that I use for my properties.

All comments are welcome! Thanks

:)
