I am Heinz Mikat, in Bossier City LA.
I am originally from Montana and planning to go back there when I retire from the Air Force in two years.
My wife and I are looking to buy and hold multi-family units, mainly looking for 4 plexs in the Bellevue and Omaha NE area. With an end goal of having the cash flow pay for our dream ranch.
I found BP by accident, falling down the YouTube rabbit hole while working out in the garage. From the many recommendations in the BP podcasts I purchased Rich Dad Poor Dad, and have continued my new education with several BP books. As a result of all the education BP offers I am now ready to start a new journey.
