Hi All

Im a remodelling general contractor in montana thats been wanting to get into the real estate game for myself. 

Been listening to the podcast for a bit and reading books like crazy. Trying to make 2020 the year we go all out. Just about have our current house ready to be a rental and just got an offer accepted on our first rental sfh yesterday. So it seemed wise to jump on here and use the people resources available as we dive in head first.
