New Member Introduction Out of Auburn WA
Hey guys! I'm a 28 year old general contractor in the state of Washington. I'm newly wed, and relatively new to real estate. My goal is to be able to have a passive income that covers all my bills by the age of 33, via rentals and perhaps flipping. My wife and I are currently house hacking a duplex that we purchased exactly a year ago. That is pretty much all my experiance in real estate thus far. Always eager to learn more though!
