New Rental Investor in South Florida
Hi all! I am new to real estate investing in South Florida while living in Fort Lauderdale and working in Boca Raton. I do not yet own any properties but plan to begin investing (via "House Hacking") in small multifamily properties. I am looking to build a network of team members in south florida to learn all i can from and contribute to each others' success. I would greatly value any advice on investment strategy and recommendations for a local real estate group, realtor, accountant, attorney, handyman, and contractor.

Im a very new investor as well. I completed a few smaller deals and my first big deal recently. I focus on fix and flip here in Pennsylvania. My goal is to move myself and my family to central Florida in the summer of 2020 where I want to take my investing to the next level and hopefully go full time. I would love to connect.
