Hello all.

I joined a while back with great hopes and aspirations but never pulled the trigger. I never actually stopped researching and educating myself but never became fully committed.  I have since matured and opened my eyes to opportunities I missed. I also became a home owner 2 years ago and that experience gave me valuable insight.(importance of a good team!)

I have a close friend who recently got started in Trenton NJ with rental properties who motivated me to jump back in.  He is being mentored by a reputable member on this board and has shared his experience with me.  I am still not sold that Trenton is the place but research and education is the name of the game.  

Any how I am committed now and in a much better financial state and just overall in a more serious state of mind.  I guess age will do that to a person.

I am looking in NJ(tough place, high taxes) and also a recent trip to Charlotte NC kind of sparked my interest there as well.  Rentals will be my primary focus. I will be active on the boards and look foward to connecting with everyone again.
