Hi all, 

My name is Emmett Rees and I'm from Santa Barbara, CA. However, I am currently attending college in Grinnell, IA. I have been following bigger pockets for some time and I am eager to learn more about REI. I work in the restaurant industry and have a decent amount of money saved up. Overall, I am looking for any and all advice on how to continue my career in REI. Glad to be joining the BP community!
