Hi y'all! I just wanted to say hi and introduce ourself. I am currently a Seattle longshoreman and have been for the last 20 years. My wife and I have been in the direct sales industry for over 4. My wife has a real estate background with commercial property management experience. We bought a home in Puyallup, WA back in 2006 that we quickly out grew and unfortunately couldn't sell 5 plus years ago to get into our new home so we've been renting it with zero vacancy but now ready to sell with current home in Orting, Wa and looking to relocate and invest in the Spokane, Wa area.
Hoping to connect with some of you that have some experience in 1031 exchanges and in these areas to make our transition smooth and profitable.
