Best Books to Read??

I am a young engineer and I'm seeking to do something new on the side.  I've been interested in rental/flipping for a while and really never took it any further than that.  But this past weekend I had a long drive so I listened to the whole Brrrr book and now I feel like this is exactly what I want to do!  I've been reading through the ultimate beginners guide, but I would like to know what other books I should add to my collection before I dive head first into this.
