Hey Bigger Pockets Members!

My name is Joe Wolf, and I have been following BP for a few months now.  I am a recent college graduate, living with my parents, and working as an engineer. about a month after I graduated college, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad...  and my entire perspective on money and work changed.  So, I started saving, reading, and listening to the podcast, and I haven't stopped since!

After learning about the different strategies, I decided to focus on small multifamily houses.  I would like to get started by house hacking and getting the experience and knowledge from getting in the game. After that, I hope to continue buying long term rentals that provide cash flow to eventually become financially free.

I am excited to learn of your experiences of investing in real estate!  Also, if there are any good book suggestions out there on real estate or business, I am always looking for something to read.

I am excited to start my real estate investing experience and be able to learn from such a great community!  I am looking forward to being able to connect with some great people, and I'd like to thank you in advance for your responses!
