Newbie Introduction -Currently Living in Delaware
I was raised in Arizona but I'm in the Air Force so I have property in Wyoming, Illinois and currently looking to buy in Delaware. I've been investing for about 3 years however I have a very small portfolio that I'm hoping to triple within the next 4 years. I read "the book on rental property investing" and that brought me to biggerpockets. So far its been a great experience and there is so much information on this site its amazing. Hello Scott. Welcome. This is a great place to get started. I've met some great people and some good friends on this site. I was stationed at Dover twice. Now I live about 2 hours away but still go there once a week or so. The majority of my properties are in Dover itself.
