New Member - South Denver Metro
Hi all, My family and I are recent transplants to Greenwood Village. We own a rental home (former personal residence) in Nasvhille and would like to expand our portfolio. We got lucky with the Nashville house and have great renters, but now that we have learned our lessons we want to expand our portoflio. Mostly buy and hold of some sort.
Is there a BP meetup on the south side of Denver Metro? I was having some trouble finding it on the site.
