Hello I new in real estate... I already have a rental but planing to buy other I live in Texas but I am planning to buy in Pennsylvania... Where should I create my LLC? Some forums said Wyoming but could you share some experience please

I'd form the LLC in the state the property is located in. Saves a bunch in 'foreign entity' registration fees.
