I've been reading the forums and listening to the podcasts for quite a while but hadn't yet actually posted. My wife and I are starting to buy rentals. We just closed on our first single family home last week and are trying to buy 8 townhouses now. We are very excited to start building this business as part of our financial independence and early retirement plans.
