Newbie from Chicagoland

Hello all,

I'm a new investor form from Northern suburbs of Chicago, IL. My name is Mohammad Ahmed.  I dont have much experience in real estate other than 1 house we rented for a short while which I live in now. Currently I'm a teacher but i hope to become financially independent through investments. I hope to do a couple flips, save the money and then buy rental properties with it.
