Taking the leap in Cincinnati! 3 newbs with a dream!

Hello all! My partners and I have been wanting to dive into this destiny for some time now and we finally decided now is the time! We currently are in the beginning of our first flip and are looking for additional opportunities in the Cincinnati market to explore. We are unfamiliar with this territory so any advice is very much welcome. Our overall goal is to Brrrr our way into getting our time back and eventually dive into commercial real estate with the interest of developing townhomes/single family units.

We are open to investing into a more experienced group to gain experience and potentially become part of the team! Thank you all for your time and guidance!

Anthony
