Hi all. I've been a member of BP for awhile now. But I'm just getting a chance to introduce my self. I posted somewhere else but i think it was in the wrong forum. Anyway I've been wanting to get involved in real estate investing for awhile and I've been so scared of failure that I never got started. I'm tired of making excuses and I'm so readdy to just dive in and go for it. I realized that If I wait till I know everything I'll never ever get started. I'm starting out as a wholesaler so that I can save enough money to start buying my own investment properties. I've started putting up bandit signs as part of my marketing. I look forward to updating everyone on what I learn as I go.
