Hey guys! Newbie here from Central, Va. After 10 years in the professional landscaping industry(and about 3 years of anaylsis paralysis), its time for a change. I look forward to networking and any comment or critiques the community has to offer. And btw, I plan on investing in the wholesale market and eventually moving into rehabs and rentals.

Anaylsis paralysis can slow you down..I don't think you need to read anymore than one or two books.

I suggest newbie investors begin wholesaling instead of rehabbing.., as there is less risk and money involved...at least until you learn the market
