New to the community

Hello BP community. A quick introduction of myself. I live in colorado springs and have been actively involved in investing for about 2 years. I have done plenty of research and finally found my first property to flip last December (took me almost a year to find one on the mls). Sold in march for a small profit, and found my second property at the end of June, (brought to me from word of mouth networking). About 2 weeks to completion and hopefully a bit better profit than the first, but we will see.

Recently I have been listening to many past podcasts and reviewing the site along with taking advantage of audio books that have been recommended on podcasts. I work a full time day job, dabble in a handyman business and do the majority of work on my flips. Looking forward to learning more and networking as I  ready to take this to the next level. @Dmitriy Fomichenko Thank you for the recommendations and the tip. So far I discovered the site is not as mobile friendly as I expected - I will have to remember to use desktop view to tag someone when using the phone.

@Bill S. I definitely plan on that transition - it is part of my overall plan. Long-term plan is to have a crew or 2 working on multiple flips.

@Justin Windham, I am definitely working through a lot of information, thanks for the tips

 @Thadeous Larkin most of my handyman business is evening and weekend when I am not flipping. I pretty much do most anything not requiring permits, from tile to toilets, sinks and doors. I contract with one property management company and most other business is word of mouth.
