Hello from Arlington, VA and looking for opportunities
Hello all! I am very excited to join this great community. Having been a traditional investor using our 401k and IRAs, I am now trying diversify our investments into real estate. Purchased a handful of properties in the past, but definitely did not follow the 1% rule in any of those investments. Recently sold a property in a very high cost area and walked away with a good amount of cash I want to reinvest. I am most interested in multifamily homes.
Looking forward to having educational and thoughtful discussions with everyone, and getting some deals done.
Have a great day!

The first step is to really nail down your goals. What specific financial and personal goals do you have? How will real estate help you get there?
Everyone's strategy differs because we all come from different situations. Some want to invest passively, others actively. Some alone, some with partnerships. Only you can really answer what aspects you prefer.
