Hi,

My name is Steve and I’ve been a member, forum lurker, and podcast listener for sometime but haven’t been an active participant on the forums. My goal is to change this and restart/jumpstart my real estate investing.

I have two rental houses (self managed) in Sacramento and want to grow my portfolio. Prices and ability to cash flow in this crazy state has me looking to invest out of state.

My two target areas currently are Louisville and Memphis. Currently in the research phase and would love opinions of these areas.

Goal is to use Brrrr strategy and acquire 1-3 properties (single family or duplex) in the next 6 months.

Cheers!

Steve
