Hello everyone!

I am just getting started in real estate investing and have been loving BP so far. Eastern PA (Bucks and Montgomery county) is where I am from. I currently am trying to soak in whatever information I can to help build a portfolio of single family and small multifamily homes.

I currently have one rental which was the previous townhouse my wife and I lived in. It became an unintentional rental when it would not sell (the development is still being built) in time for us to settle on the single family home we recently moved into. I have been wanting to get into real estate investing for a few years but wanting to and acting on are much different! The townhouse not selling ended up being a benefit for me since it forced my hand to make it a rental. Now that I have one foot in the real estate investing world I am eager to grow!

I am excited for what lies ahead and happy to connect with fellow BPers!
