Newbie from Grand Prairie, TX!
Hello! My name is Sharlese from Grand Prairie, TX. I am new to the BP platform and there's so much information, but I am definitely looking forward to learning as much as I can to obtain my financial freedom goals through real estate! I am currently interested in single/multi family homes to utilize as rental properties to increase cash flow, just not really sure how I should approach this strategy. I would be a first time home buyer, but I am not sure if that would hurt or help my situation. I am working daily to get my personal finances/credit in order as I know that this is an important step, but I am ready to make a move!
