I'm a new member to this site and would like to say hello to everyone. My name is Jeremy, I'm in the Memphis, TN area, I'm 20, and I've been talking to people and reading about investing in real estate for about 6 months. I'm interested in starting out rehabbing properties and reselling them, and down the line doing rentals. That's about all for me!
