Newbie Introduction Post
Greetings,
I am a newbie here, and just recently started researching real estate investments. I have listened to dozens of Bigger Pockets YouTube videos and I'm hooked! I am interested in house hacking, and possibly Airbnb. I am willing to relocate if needed to a more affordable state.
A little about me: I am from the Los Angeles area, living in the High Desert right now. I'm a single mom of 2 boys. I currently work a very physically demanding job 10 hrs a day manually unloading trailers in 110+ heat--therefore I am desperately looking for change. I have zero debt, excellent credit, and hoping this helps me in this new journey I am trying to endeavor!
