New investor in Las Vegas

My name is Jesse and I am a new investor both to this site and the business. My background has been in several different areas. I have been in hospitality most of my career and have done some construction. Investment is a subject that I get excited about. I can read and discuss it for hours. I love learning from others and love it even more when I can teach something useful. I am hoping to find a mentor to give me feedback on deals that I get into in the future. I did not know if I could find this or not until I stumbled into BP. It seems there many teachers here. I am going to be soaking int he knowledge as I start finding deals.
