New to BP, looking to join the community in my desire to learn Real Estate.  Currently reside in Dayton Ohio.  I am seeking my first multifamily apartment building and any helpful tips When looking at and evaluating them!

Nice. Welcome to BP. What size multis are you looking into?

#1 Join a local REIA. They will have connections for agents, financing, insurance brokers, etc.
