New Investor from Baltimore! :)

Hi, I'm Chi!  I'm originally from Baltimore, MD but am currently living in Japan. I'm really excited to get started with investing in real estate and have been reading lots of books about the subject. I'm still in the researching/ education phase but hoping to buy my first property this year!  As of now, I am looking more towards doing Buy&Holds with apartment rentals. Tips/advice etc. are welcome of course!  I'm happy to be apart of such a great community and I look forward to connecting with lots of people!

@Chinyere Okoli Welcome to BP and this incredible journey through real estate.  I've previously visited Japan and loved it!! Are you planning to invest there or in the states?  There are many of us doing business in the baltimore area. If you add "baltimore" to your keyword alerts, lots of great information will come up.
