Hi everyone! I am new to Bigger Pockets, but have come across the site and a few of the forums while on my path to get educated on real estate investing. I currently own 2 properties, both are single family homes. I converted one from my family's primary residence to a rental and purchased the second to be our primary. So far the rental as been a success and has encouraged me to invest in more buy/hold cash flow properties. I look forward to networking and learning on Bigger Pockets! I joined as a Pro member because I want as much exposure and information that the site has to offer! The fire has been lit, to meet my goals, answer my Why's, and put my plan into action!
