New Real Estate Investor at the Jersey Shore
Hey Everyone!
My name is R. Phil Lewis. I am a realtor here in the Manasquan Beach market in NJ. Some might also say that Im a "housing enthusiast" having studied architecture and design in college. The biggerpockets community has been an amazing resource as I dig deeper in RE Investing.
Some of my real estate goals are:
1. Replace my current income with rental cash flow.
2. Invest in Multi Family Housing
3. Develop an incredible housing community
4. Travel to storm damaged regions of the world and redevelop property to help those communities rebuild.
