Hi All! I must say this is one heck of a community! The posts I've read have been so informative and enlightening. I currently operate a leasing/referral company that works with investors to assist in filling vacancies. After working on one side of the game for the past 5 years I feel its time to explore. I want to approach RE investing first from the wholesale side. I feel that getting my feet wet with assignements is the best avenue for me starting out as I try to fully understand the business. My current goal is to complete 1 assignment a month (that seems realistic). I understand most of the basics from working with investors over the years, but still would like to approach this with a blank slate and learn from trial and error. All advice, direction and opinions are MORE than welcomed. Thank you and I look forward to building lasting relationships here on BP! Be blessed!
