New Investor from Evansville, Indiana

Hi all! I am not completely new to BP but this is my first post! I have spent a lot of time learning about different types of real estate investments. I am currently working in administrative accounting for hedge funds and private equity funds, but I want to eventually make a switch and become a full time RE time investor.

I am looking to begin building a portfolio of cash flowing assets. I would love to focus on multifamily deals for the sake of scalability and because its just plain fascinating! I am willing (and planning), however, to start out in SF to get going.

I have some contractor connections already and I know a couple investors here in town, but I have not yet made the leap. If you invest in or around the Evansville, Indiana area feel free to reach out. Maybe we can help each other out!

Welcome, the best way to make it happen, is to find an opportunity and execute. There are great opportunities in SFR or MF, just have to be creative to find them. Also, be sure to build your team. Happy Investing!
