New Investor from Evansville, Indiana

Hi all! I am not completely new to BP but this is my first post! I have spent a lot of time learning about different types of real estate investments. I am currently working in administrative accounting for hedge funds and private equity funds, but I want to eventually make a switch and become a full time RE time investor.

I am looking to begin building a portfolio of cash flowing assets. I would love to focus on multifamily deals for the sake of scalability and because its just plain fascinating! I am willing (and planning), however, to start out in SF to get going.

I have some contractor connections already and I know a couple investors here in town, but I have not yet made the leap. If you invest in or around the Evansville, Indiana area feel free to reach out. Maybe we can help each other out!
