Charleston WV investors

Hi I’m looking to buy my first property this year. I’m interested in single family and small multi family properties in the Charleston WV area. Is anyone here investing in that area and are there any rei clubs or meet ups in the area? Thanks and looking forward to building a career in investing.

As far as REIAs are concerned, there is a group going in Charleston, though I haven’t gone so I can’t speak to the event itself. It’s called the WV Landlord Association, if I remember correctly.
