New average joe seeking to leave the rat race!

Hi!

I'm new to this site and love the information that it has available! I'm just a young guy that wants to invest more aggressively(but I'm new as in trying to get my feet wet in a pool where I'm not a confident swimmer)and want to do it in real estate. As of right now I'm interested in rentals and anything that relates to it. I currently live in orlando Florida, I do have a stable job, even though I like it. The way my brain is set up its not allowing me to enjoy it anymore because I'm constantly thinking what's my next move in the real estate market. I'm very familiar with it but want to get even more familiarized, so I am reading the beginner's guide this site provides. I did read the "rich dad poor dad" book, and it basically amplified my sight on what I was already looking at. 

Looking forward in getting contacts for the near future, and getting to know like minded people that are genuinely eager to do the same and hopefully working together and helping each other out.
