Newbie from Charlotte, NC -- General Contractor looking to flip!
Hi there! Have spent many years as a Renovations GC (with my husband). Also we have had years of experience owning a property management firm, inspections company, and doing building forensics. We owned a rental property house for a number of years (a small house that caught on fire...we bought it from some friends for 50K, spent 16K renovating...rented it out for 6 years...then sold). Now looking to seriously get into rehabbing and flipping. We have a serious set of capabilities that we would like to dedicate to this effort!

Whats up Dutch and Ron? Michelle and I are in the Charlotte area, Cabarrus County. We have some rentals, have done some flips, new builds, wholesaling, and lending but now are trying to get into multifamilies.
