Newbie In The Richmond, VA Area

Hey BP Family! I'm Joe Lebron. I'm currently employed as a tractor trailer driver. I currently stay right outside of Richmond, VA in the town of Ashland. I'm looking to get into my first Fix & Flip or a brrr. Looking at having $6000 - $7000 in cash to start within the next month & looking at a hard cash loan but my credit isn't the greatest, so it's looking a little grim as far as funding approval. I do have a partner in GA that's willing to apply for the loan but a little unsure about how to go about doing this with us being so far apart. I'm super excited and listening to as many podcasts as I can and taking notes along the way. Thank you Bigger Pockets for giving me this huge opportunity to learn and works towards REAL success.
