New Investor from Sacramento, California

I wanted to introduce my wife, Christina and myself, Mark, to the forum.  We are new to BiggerPockets.com and to real estate investing. My wife is a teacher and I am an athletic trainer.  We have two boys, an 8 year old and 4 year old. We have always been interested in real estate investing and even took a real estate investing course before our first son was born.  My parents have always had a rental property in Southern California since I was young.  My wife and I have helped my father-in-law with a few properties that needed renovation.

We are interested in flipping single family homes and to also do the BRRRR strategy in the Sacramento area. Our goal is to own multiplex's.

We are looking for other investors that would like to work together in the Sacramento area. Our experience in real estate is limited but we have helped with renovations and demo for my in-laws and we hired a property manager to rent out our house for a year and a half.
