Good day, my name is Gavin Watson. I live in Ellicott City, MD (just outside Baltimore). I've recently retired from a fun, challenging executive position in a large corporation. While I have some experience in real estate; I'm certainly new to the idea of taking a focused approach in RE investing. My initial goals are to flip several SF's while learning about opportunities for BRRRR including multi-family. I'm open to active & passive roles. I'm motivated to help other people, teach my kids new things and give back through the process. Super impressed with the BP site & community!
