I have a few VA Loan questions.

First, thanks you all for all the replies on my las discussion. I love BiggerPockets, I’ve been learning a lot with you guys.

VA Loans, I'm probably going to buy my first property using my VA

And it’s going to be a single family or duplex that as far as I know you can’t go more than 2 units or over 425k.

1. How long do I have to live on the unit to be able to rent it?

2. How the 425k maximum approval work?

3. Can I use VA multiple times, what are the rules?

Feel free to add any tips on VA loans or anything that can probably help me to start my dreams to become a REI.
