Hello Everybody! I am happy to be here.
I'm really excited to be a part of BiggerPockets! I really want to break into real estate investing to be free and spend more time with my kids. I am in the Louisville, KY area and I think I already have a property I can work on. I am a local truck driver by night and inspiring real estate investor by mid morning.
My uncle inherited my grandfather's house and asked me if I wanted to flip it, he doesn't want to fool with the property (motivated seller!!!) I will update when possible.
I hope to make friends and many business partners on here.
