New to this site and real estate

Hello Everyone,

My name is Cynthia and I am from Detroit, Michigan. I am a newbie in the real estate game, I am interested in learning how to get/close a deal(first).  Any advice, suggestions  are greatly appreciated.

@Cynthia Craft Hello Cynthia...I am pretty much a noob as well. I would say if real estate is really what you want to do...immerse yourself here on Bigger Pockets! There is so much free education here that you would pay 10's of thousands for elsewhere and still not get what you get here. Start in the "Education" section and read, watch, consume everything you can! There is a learning curve as with anything else. But there is no need to reinvent the wheel where there have been so many that have come before you! In my short amount of time here I have found that there are so many people here willing to help you along as long as you are willing to do the work as well. You are definitely in the right place! 👍
