Hello from Lewis County Washington!
My name is James. Im from winlock, Washington. Im interested most in using the brrrr strategy to build a portfolio of single family rentals and small multi family units. Right now, Im pretty much living on bigger pockets and trying to learn as much as I can while im looking for my first deal.
