Advice on gathering a team

Hello,

I'm pretty new on here and very new to real estate investing. Can any of you provide me with basic advice on how to start gathering a team and what i need to look for. I've been seeing some cheap houses/apartments in the not so good areas of town and it's tempting to try and buy. What are some of the things i should be looking for. I'm also not very handy. So far i have gathered a list of people of  i think i may need.

1.Real estate agent

2. Contractor/Handyman

3. Attorney (maybe)

4.Accountant (maybe)

This is a short list of people. I may or may not need them right away but i'd appreciate it if someone could lead me to the right path and also how i can find these people.

Thanks

@Nana Nkoah local RE investors meeting. I work with a great team of plumbers, general contractors, title people a commercial lender and a roofer. Each and everyone of them came recommended by other investors I met at a local meet up.
