Should I start working in a title company? I am new to RE Invest?

Hi everyone!

I am new to the Real Estate industry from Omaha Nebraska. My focus is to be a wholesaler, and once I build some capital begin purchasing homes for renting or flipping.

I was wondering if any of you would recommend working in a title company to learn more and meet potential partner investors. Any tips on how to grow my business would be greatly appreciated.
