Places to share real estate leads Seattle area

Hi my name is Aaron I have been living in the Washington area for 5 years now. I bought my home about two years ago and I understand my local economy pretty well. However, I do not have the capital right now for some of the leads I find. I have few right now that would like to share but I would like to find the proper setting. Does anyone have a suggestion?
