Investing in Sacramento.....
Hi Everyone!! I'm pretty new here and wanted to take this opportunity to say hello and introduce myself. I have been working in investment real estate all of my career. Most of my work has been around real estate flips. I have experience in locating and acquiring potential investment properties, working with a large funds, coordinating rehabs, listing properties to sell on the retail market, and personally investing in the near future.
Ultimately my goals on this forum are to connect with like minded people to learn and share information, and to make some positive connections that could potentially turn into profitable business ventures.
