Newbie moving to Long Beach, CA!
Hi all!
I'm Mo, originally from Rochester, NY but moved to California for work about 14 years ago. I'll be moving from San Jose, CA to Long Beach, CA within the next year and am excited to explore house hacking with my wife as we look to purchase our first home. I'm new to real estate investing, and have been listening to the BP podcast and going through books so I can start to dive in. I'm excited to move out of the research phase :)
