Multifamily Investment Deal in Washington DC Area

I'm looking to invest in a multifamily deal preferably in the Washington DC Area. I've already done one  deal with Aion in the Phili area. Aion is based in NY, NY. Could anyone give me a handful of company names that I could contact that might have a DC Metro Area investment opportunity coming up in the next 3-6 months. Thanks.
