Hello fellow REIs (real estate investors),

I'm new to bigger pockets and I'm already loving the site, and of course the podcast.  Although I'm new to the bigger pockets community, I've been investing for about 5 years.  In fact, I have closed on a total of 6 deals, 5 deals on my own and one with my cousin, see below.

1) 2 single family homes

2) 3 townhomes (sold one in 2015, another in 2017 and the last one in 2018)

3) 1 duplex

I'm a W2 investor. I'm a CPA (tax accountant) during the day and REI during the night. I also have the real estate license, which saves me a lot of money (usually 3% of purchase price).

My dream is to be a full-time investor, but I'm not there yet.  I'm lucky enough to be financially independent, but I'm not financially free/wealthy ... yet.  I'm also a personal finance junk.  I love money and everything it can do for you, me, and the people we love.

I'm hoping to meet like-minded people who want to invest and create wealth.

Please feel free to reach out with any tax, finance question or if you want to discuss investment ideas and proposals.

Thank you!
